Once Upon A Cup has the dream to become a book & coffee shop one day, but every dream must start somewhere. Thank you for taking the time to browse our selection of both new and pre-loved books sourced from the community.
All pre-loved books are just that. They aren't perfect and we don't claim them to be. They will either have marks, wear & tear, and/or yellowing pages. Please take this into consideration.
We are happy to buy back your second hand purchase for $1 if you do not wish to keep it. New books can be bought back at a discussed price, just get in contact.
We can bundle books together at your request for a special discount via the contact page.

Pre-Loved Book Conditions
Our pre-loved books are priced based on their condition. Each condition is outlined below. Each book description will have the condition of the book with any fault and/or defects for transparency.
Like New: Pristine, original quality, may have only been read once if at all.
Great: Near new condition, very minor defects. Tanning to be disclosed.
Good: Average wear but still intact. Defects to be disclosed. Tanning to be disclosed.
Fair: Worn but readable. Defects to be disclosed. Tanning to be disclosed.
Last Chance: Very worn but readable. Tanning is significant. Last chance to buy before it becomes unreadable.

What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
Pre-loved books cannot be returned. New books can be returned if you get in contact with us.
When will I get my order?
All purchases will be shipped via Sendle or Aus Post within 2 days of the purchase date. Shipping time depends on your location but you will be notified of this via Sendle or Aus Post tracking.
Where do your products come from?
We locally source all of our pre-loved books, while new books are sourced from all over.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
