As rogue enhanced individuals commit violent acts, Jet scrambles to form a new core group to protect the city and restore order. Meanwhile, Iridium leads her father’s gang in Wreck City, pursuing justice her own way, but soon realizes she can’t handle the chaos alone. When the hypnotic supervillain Dr. Hypnotic emerges, turning heroes and villains alike into his mindless puppets, the two former friends must set aside their rivalry to confront him. Amid flashbacks revealing the tragic origins of the original hero team, Jet and Iridium race to corral the fractured powers and save their city from total collapse.
